This subject is designed to help students develop respect and understanding for China through national patriotic education. The learning module integrates Chinese history, culture, and technological development to help students gain a deeper understanding of the China’s rich heritage and rapid progress. By exploring the strong connection between Mainland China and Hong Kong, the course aims to encourage appreciation for China’s achievements and culture, and promote patriotism among young learners.

To enhance students' understanding of Chinese culture and values, the curriculum includes a variety of engaging learning activities such as:

- Outing activities to historical sites, cultural exhibitions, or museums, allowing students to experience the richness of Chinese culture firsthand.
- Guest lectures and interactive talks offer in-depth explanations of traditional Chinese virtues, historical story, or core values.

In addition, the module emphasizes moral education and the development of a sense of social responsibility. As part of the primary school curriculum reform, the course places greater emphasis on Chinese culture, Chinese history, and geography, preparing students to contribute to society and face future challenges with confidence and strength.
